Warranties: In addition to the free dial exchange warranty, we give a full one year written service warranty with no exceptions, except physical damage, and except water entering the watch from a winding stem left fully or partly unscrewed, or whose stem threads are worn from incorrect closure. We also give a written warranty to take back in trade the previously owned Rolex you bought from us, for the amount you paid, with no time limit, for the full amount you paid, if the watch is traded back undamaged and in the same condition as when sold.
