Service and repair: If you bring your watch to us for service, or if you purchase a previously owned Rolex from us, the watch is cleaned and regulated by a Rolex Certified Watchmaker, with any worn part replaced with only original Rolex parts. Each watch has a new crystal (if plastic) and gaskets, and has been pressure tested to original Rolex depth specs. Inspection: Before you make any payment to us for a previously owned Rolex, we will go with you to any jeweler or watchmaker you choose for the watch to be opened and inspected. Only after you are assured by your chosen expert that the watch is all-original and in like new condition, do you make any payment.
